How long do vinyl wraps and graphics last?
Just keep in mind most wraps don’t last more than 3 to 5 years and that’s only if they’re well maintained. There are various “waxes” and “polish” products for gloss, satin and matte finishes for both vinyl wraps and paint protection wraps. Your horizontal surfaces like your hood the roof in your car the trunk lid those areas normally only have about a one year warranty since these areas are facing the sun they get the brunt of damage. Your hood usually goes bad first because it’s cooked from both sides. Heat from the sun and heat from the engine are like a double broiler on vinyl on your hood.
